Opening hours vary year on year and can be seasonal. Pubs may only open on certain days of the week and only for a couple of hours.

Pubs in Yorkshire (especially in small villages) are known to close if they are especially quiet in the afternoons or late in the evening - it's always worth calling ahead and let them know you plan to visit in the afternoon or to simply check they will be open to avoid disappointment on arrival.

COVID19 – The impact of the global pandemic is evident for all local businesses over Yorkshire and the rest of the UK. Sadly, some pubs/hotels/restaurants/museums may have closed doors for good, some may be temporarily closed, and some may be open but will be operating under local guidance/restrictions from the UK government.
