Today’s trek starts out by following the airstrip beside Rifugio Sennes, and continues on route 7 along an old WWI mountain road (keep right at the first fork in the path) as you follow steep switchbacks on a 500 m descent to Rifugio Pederü (1548 m). Rifugio Pederü is ideally placed for a bite to eat.
Take extra care on the stony track/road if it has been raining, and make use of your poles!
