· United Kingdom
Smugglers coves, with colourful names such as Ralph’s Cupboard pepper the coast. Cliffs, dunes and estuaries all contribute to a wonderful day of walking.

Distance 19.5 km
Pass the interestingly named Hell's Mouth and keep your eyes open for nesting seabirds and seals along the coves. After Gwithian, choose to follow either the beach or dune paths, but be sure to keep a close eye out for waymarkings if choosing the dune route.
