Tips and hints
Make sure to plan your lunch in advance – this route does not pass through a town after the first mile.
Please keep vigilant and read your route notes carefully at the top of High Harker Hill, the third and final peak of the walk - the trails become small and infrequently marked but give you the best outlook on Swaledale as you come off the ridge and back down to the river valley!
