Alternative Walk 4: Warth- Lech
Author’s recommendation
Safety information
Today you may be walking past a few different areas where cows graze. Although generally very docile and used to walkers, keep your distance and never turn your back on a cow that is behaving strangely or aggressive. Be particularly vigilant around cows with calves.
Always allow enough time for your hiking tour. The specified walking times only refer to actual time spent walking. Breaks for photos and a rest need to be added to the specified times.
Make sure you find out about current weather conditions and keep an eye on weather changes. Thunderstorms can gather very quickly in the Alps.
Do not leave the designated hiking trails!

Turn-by-turn directions
Always follow the clearly visible marked Lechweg route which is a curved L.
From the bus stop, HEAD LEFT past the Tourist Office and cheese dairy.
Behind the cheese dairy, the Lechweg bends to the LEFT and leads you past a small natural lake, after which it starts to gradually slope.
Now stay on the Lehweg route, which will lead you above Lech and along the most beautiful panoramic views. You will go below and through the Rüfikopfbahn and finally TURN RIGHT slightly downhill to the village with Rüfikopfplatz in front of the same mountain railway and the bus stops.
Note
