Whilst serving all the tasty Ales around Yorkshire, the Blue Bell Inn also has a decent selection of malt whisky - Perfect for those that want to toast your final walk with a spot of golden nectar. Sláinte!

The Blue Bell Inn is the Sister Inn to the King's Head in Kettlewell, that you may have visited on your first walk. The Blue Bell Inn also does hearty, home-cooked pub food that's freshly prepared by a local chef using the best local ingredients.

Opening hours

Opening hours vary year on year and can be seasonal. Pubs may only open on certain days of the week and only for a couple of hours.

Pubs in Yorkshire (especially in small villages) are known to close if they are especially quiet in the afternoons or late in the evening - it's always worth calling ahead and let them know you plan to visit in the afternoon or to simply check they will be open to avoid disappointment on arrival.

COVID19 – The impact of the global pandemic is evident for all local businesses over Yorkshire and the rest of the UK. Sadly, some pubs/hotels/restaurants/museums may have closed doors for good, some may be temporarily closed, and some may be open but will be operating under local guidance/restrictions from the UK government.

Depending on the dates you are walking, this may effect their normal operating hours, the number of people allowed in their property, the ability to serve customers indoors or outdoors, and in pubs it may even not be possible to serve alcohol at certain times of the day. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you check any pubs/cafe's/museums/tearooms/restaurants own website, social media or give them a call in advance of your visit. (were known we have given you the website and telephone number).
