The Thwaite Arms is one of the most remote pubs in Yorkshire and it doesn't have a set schedule of what day or times it opens - To avoid disappointment we recommend giving them a call the night before to check and let them know you plan to visit the following and see if they will be open.

Pubs in Yorkshire (especially in small villages) are known to close if they are especially quiet in the afternoons or late in the evening - it's always worth calling ahead and let them know you plan to visit in the afternoon or to simply check they will be open to avoid disappointment on arrival.
