Opening hours vary year on year and can be seasonal. Be aware that on UK bank holidays and school holidays standard opening hours may differ also.
Pubs in England (especially in small villages) may only open on certain days of the week and only for a couple of hours. They also may close if they are especially quiet in the afternoons or late in the evening or if they have a private function.
